Return policy
At Hand to Toe, every product is handcrafted with care using natural ingredients. We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.
1. Returns
Due to the nature of our skincare products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once items have been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund where applicable.

2. Refunds
Once your request is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
3. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. After that time, the order cannot be cancelled as it will already be in preparation for dispatch.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
